As stated lemongrass wings at TD are awesome. The grilled lemongrass chicken with bao is pretty fantastic too.
For me Pho bang westbank is the place I go if I just want pho.

Looks like I'm in the minority here. I like Tan Dinh's pho better than pho tau bay. I find Tan Dinh's pho has better flavor and the portions are bigger. Pho Tau Bay's portion sizes have gone down over the years from what I've seen. I still like Pho Tau Bay though.

Pho Danh 7. When it first opened, it was quite good. Herb plates served w/pho were diverse (rau ram, etc beyond the usual cilantro/basil/bean sprouts on offer at most places), broth was delicious, not too sweet, decently aromatic. BUT, it seemed to slowly devolve. Right about the time it started serving Thai food, I scratched it off my go-to list.
