Source for Restaurant-Grade Pepperoni?

I want to start making pizzas at home again. My Sam's in Metairie stopped carrying the high temperature Hormel pepperoni in 5 pound bags. Is there another source for this kind (or better) in bulk sizes?
Restaurant Depot maybe? Costo? Online source?
Regular grocery store Hormel is not the same and buying the small bags is expensive. I guess I could try some other premium brands, the they won't be cheap.

Restaurant depot definitely, Costco had them. I let my membership lapse since it was too far away for me to shop for groceries at.

Do you know anyone who owns or operates a restaurant. I order food all the time for people here. Hell, I order stuff for friends at other restaurants.

What about calling around to some local shops?
Ancora, Butcher, Cleaver, Domenica?

Depends on what you mean by "restaurant grade"....are we talking old-school natural casing NE US pepperoni, the kind that curls up into a cup? Or the huge, oversized, 4" kind that lies flat and is also used as a sandwich meat? Or are you looking for real dry cured Italian meats like coppa or a hot calabrese?

I bought some "homemade" pepperoni at NorJo's one time and it was great. They don't always have it, though, and it wasn't cheap. Any other local sources like that (other than the others mentioned)?
