Yep. Ole treble hook at it again. Probably orders water, lemons and sugar to avoid a charge for lemonade.

Dude. Just stop posting.

obnoxious? I don't know. He didn't say they were. I've seldom seen people who were belligerently loud in Ruth's allowed to carry on for too long. Not saying it doesn't happen. Just rare in the main dining area. I enjoy people watching. Drunk people are usually the best to watch .

Again, this is why I'm curious to know full story.

Be more specific. What did said couple exactly do to "ruin" your valentine's day dinner?

All I'll say is they did not even order food and spent approximately 40% of the time at our table. I'm not going to attempt to justify anything. No refund was ever requested. I wrote the restaurant to explain what happened and that is was not necessarily the night we expected. They did the rest on their own. I appreciated their generosity. That's all.

if they were being loud enough to ruin someones dinner, they would have been dealt with by the manager

so some drunk people were there not eating and they were just fooling around at your table? you couldnt ask management to take care of this? or take care of it yourself?

writing a letter to ruths is basically asking for a refund. the manager comped you a bottle of wine and apologized. obviously this wasnt enough for you.

especially when the "problem" was not being caused by Ruth's Chris employees. What the hell were the supposed to do about it after the fact?

I posted my opinion followed by the facts as to how I arrived at that opinion. Feel free to agree or disagree with me dumbass. Evidently you don't know what a message board is for.

meh, you'd think people that go places like Ruth's would know how to act..
Lukily I've never had this problem at any like caliber place we've dined.

Being as people in general piss me off, I could see where this could be a problem had I been seated by wrong people.

The drunk people sat at your table? Did you know them? That's downright strange.

how about some more facts about this dinner. youre being very vague

well yea but when you do get the idiots in there, the management would deal wit the problem. you think theyre just going to sit there and do nothing about the drunk people because those people should know how to act.

if some drunk couple came and sat at our table at ruths, that shite would be rectified with the quickness. pretty much any restaurant would take care of the problem

What's a praline freeze? Never had one of those there.

2 scoops vanilla
2oz praline liqueur

Blend with a little ice and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Garnish with pecans

( if you are making it at home its better with 1.5 oz praline liqueur and 1.0 oz of bourbon )

You let this happen?

Some random drunks sit down at the table when I'm taking my girl out to a nice dinner wouldn't last very long, whether the restaurant takes care of it or I have to.

But hey .. tolerate it then complain later to get a free meal. Smart man.
