i have to say i'm in love with the $6 microwave hard-boiled egg maker recommended on here

its a fantastic go-to..i can make a cobb salad and have 4 fresh hard boiled eggs ready to go about the same time the rest of the salad is done.

it also looks great on the shelf

deviled eggs are now a staple instead of waiting around for some fancy dinner to make them.

what do you got? anything you bought recently that's changed your culinary experience for the better?

Just got a Weber Smokey Mountain, love it

I think my next investment will be a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer with the best attachments (Pasta Roller, Meat Grinder)

Currently my favorite is the Anova Sous Vide apparatus. Purchased it on sale for $149 about 6 months ago. Neat gadget with bluetooth monitoring of temp and timer.

The pic is from a 48 hour beef rib recipe. They were really tender and tasty. I highly recommend acquiring one.

Does a kegerator count? Cause that's my favorite gadget. I guess my second favorite would be my thermapen. It has greatly improved my cooking.

You need a bigger container. And why is there a coffee mug sitting on top?

Cheapo burger press. First one lasted 6 months. Good enough for me.

I have larger containers, and that one worked just fine. The coffee cup was placed there to weight down the vac pacs of ribs. It worked better than a small plate.
