I wish La had a better BBQ tradition as rice dressing is an all time great BBQ side. I love Hush puppies and BBQ and red slaw in North Carolina and hash and rice in South Carolina!!!

Has anyone had bbq eggs from Kentucky? Never heard of this but apparently it is a traditional side there.

I saw bbq eggs on a menu in Oklahoma, but I did not order them.
