Agree with UDFA. Not much difference between 6th round and UDFA. It's all about a team not wanting to outbid other teams at that point.
A lot of time it comes to scheme fits, or a trait you are in the 90%+ percentile, but lack in others.
IMO, Diggs is just average at everything on a good day....
