Realized my scale was slightly coming off its rubber feet. Repositioned them and now scale reads consistently...at 8 pounds heavier
Still glad to see a continuous downward trend though.

Weighing I. Today as I weigh in every Friday, we will see what happened since I ate great (minus some hiccups I stayed under calorie goal) and I worked out everyday

Just ordered a case of Tuna steaks to get more protein in my diet. My trainer suggested I change the nutritional goals in my fitnesspal, double the protein and cut the fat in half. yippie!

Yeah, I blew it today but I got a lot of exercise in to compensate. 2200

Still at a net negative for the day. I'll take it.

That's cool. What would estimate the number of calories to be in a large chicken shawarma salad with Greek dressing and feta cheese? I'm looking online and it states 600. It seems to be higher IMO.

340 with no dressing according to myfitnesspal

Probably somewhere a little over 400 I'd speculate

Wow that's low. I mean it's a large size salad with a lot of chicken. Thanks for checking

How much exercise do you do that you can eat 1600 calories and be negative? Or do you just mean with your exercise you are under the goal?

I mean my goal is 1720 calories, in usually around 1800 eaten and then 500+ calories reduced due to cardio a day

I heard it's really unhealthy to go below 1800 calories if you're a male and 1200 for female.

I over did it today. I did a half marathon. I usually try to shoot for 10,000 steps jogging/walking per day (5 Miles).

I'm usually between 1500-1800 food calories per day since I started. Weekends I seem to push 2,000+.

They say you need to get at least 1200 calories per day or you go into starvation mode (do not want)

It's been going pretty good so far and I feel like I have a lot more energy since I started exercising daily. I've been doing most of it on a treadmill for the past week due to the weather.

ETA: I've only had a net negative daily calories twice over the past month and that's from lots of cardio.

They use really lean chicken. But it's chocked full of sodium. 600 sounds about right.

Ah ok, I've been averaging 12,000 to 15,000 steps a day since the first. Main thing right now is peppermints as I can eat a ton in a sitting.

Between chicken, quest bars, and whey protein I've managed to stay around 1700-1900 calories consumed
