Down 5 pounds in water weight. Yesterday I finally had the "revelation" I've been hoping for... another big burst of motivation... when I stepped on the scale and say 276, it was like "whoa.. this is real, you're fricking up man..".. reality check. Time to get to my goal, ladies and gentlemen

Seriously Georgia, eating that few of calories you will lose lots of muscle and end up skinny fat.

I had a vacation cheat last night - margaritas and chicken cilantro nachos. But ate clean all day yesterday prior to and my blood sugar was incredibly low (for me) after the Ritas. That is major motivation for me to eat right!

Was up 4 pounds to 160.9 after weekend carb up. I know this is just water weight and was needed in he long run . Did a 24 hour fast from noon yesterday till noon today to reenter ketosis. So far today: 93% lean hamburger 1/2 pd on flatout bread, 1 T mayo, 1/4 cup grated cheddar, pickles, jalapeños, fresh spinach and mustard. Weighing in again in a few minutes. Interested to see if fast helped shed water gain.

Been trolling for a few months and finally decided to post. Started my journey in January and have made a huge lifestyle change. Eating much healthier and feel great. Great seeing all of the posts in here and getting ideas on things to try change with my strategy. Started out limiting myself to 1200 calories/day and walking nightly. Now I'm running nightly, lifting and up'd my calorie intake a bit. Progress has slowed but there is a definite difference in appearance

You and her have come to far to lose it now. Get it together!
Planned cheats are working awesome on vacation. I am doing great and having enough treats to not feel deprived. Really helps keep me motivated and on track (plus clothes are not tight since I lost a few before I left. Health is much better eating clean also.
CAD married her? That is awesome!

I am! And you know me, I've been on her like white on rice about the dieting I find it helps me do what needs to be done too, because I can't fuss at her for eating bad or something and then turn around and eat poorly also

185/172.6/168???
Like I stated before. I don't really have a set weight goal. Basically wherever I end up and satisfied with how I look. Still holding to about the same diet. 13-1500 cal/day, high intensity weight lifting in the morning 4 times a week, long distance running at least 2 and fast half miles before every workout. Weekends I always stray from the diet but not too far.
In the past 26 days of being dedicated I can see a HUGE difference in my body appearance. The fat is being destroyed and the muscle is staying in place.
Congrats to everyone else on their journey! Keep up the hard work.
