where do you get these quest bars? I brought the stuff for smoothies in the condo along with eggs for breakfast and salads for lunch. I have had a few small things that I don't normally eat (like a donut
) but I really don't miss them. A little taste cures my desire for it and it was so sweet. Wow! I wanted to have a few planned cheats but I really am not wanting them. I am craving the good food. Cooked roast with carrots and potatoes that I don't normally eat so my cheat was starchy veggies. I think I will be ok. My husband is bloated from over eating and I am fine because salad does not bloat you.
