Okay. April was slammed, 2 days off all month, but may looks a little more manageable. I’m at work painting elephants today. Hah.
Joined planet fitness this month, first time in a long time in a regular gym instead of just a workout group, but so far I like it there.

Today is official bi-weekly weigh-in and measurements. Weigh-in wasn't what I hoped for, 269.. but my measurements were great. .5" from my waist, 1" from my hips, 1" from my chest.

My weight has been stuck. Stable may be a better word. Stuck implies I’m actively working to make it change. I still think of this thread every time I see Halo Top in stores. I miss my intermittent fasting Halo Top miracle diet

I'm not sharing anymore, some a-hole deleted two huge folders last night with some programs I paid for.
I will be giving access on a very limited basis now and only certain files. No more unlimited access.

Let me jump back in this thread a bit. I've switched back to a complete animal-based diet since March. r/zerocarb is about what I do. I eat meat and move on. It has been a real treat, more so than keto. The mental aspects of it are astonishing - a very based mental clarity. After a bout of adaptation, roughly two weeks, I've no desire for sugar. Even a good local beer is giving me a sugar rush . So its been wine and liquor instead.
I've had a desire again to perform work, be it exercise or rough work outdoors.

I think it should and have RAd before to have it moved.. nada.
My diet is going well. Weighing less often is helping me stay sane and consistent. Scale really was my enemy. I'm measuring every 2 weeks and I am losing a hskf in here, half inch there.
Still doing something resembling whole30, but some limited brown rice and legumes. Really that's like twice a week I eat that, generally speaking fruits and my daily kombucha fill up my daily carb values.

Umm I like to call it an unintended bulk.
Feeling really good besides the binges. Lifts are strong. Moving a lot more with stairmaster, tennis, or basketball every day.

I weighed in last week right at 2 bills. Been swimming and doing some lifting/stretching every morning.

I think we have all asked for that at this point, but no dice. I miss this thread, it helped for being accountable, and gave me a place to bitch about tracking food since I hate that part.
