I am taking this week off from everything I just needed to and then start back at it again.

Hopefully I just don't go into just screw it mode. This thread before the explosion and just disappearance was what kept me going. It is also why I posted to myself a lot.

I think it was the birth of the H&F board that did it in.

This should be moved to that board - I think we've all probably RA'd it, but I guess admins disagree on that.

It is, for me personally
I stay on the H&F board and I always forget to check here
Hope all of you guys are sticking with it...

First week of maintenance down.. I put on a lot of weight this week while remaining compliant. Avatar dropped my macros down significantly.. well see how this helps.

Can you explain what raising your calories so high is supposed to do? Restart your metabolism or something?

The best thing you can do to understand more is watch this video:

LINK

The video is mostly geared towards competitive body builders, but it applies to long-term yo-yo dieters, too.

Visual explanation starts at 21 minutes. Before is the science behind it.

Interesting. I'll just go ahead and say I accidentally did this over the last month. Just lifted weights for the first time in a while this past week and now everything hurts.

Guess I'll start posting in here again to add another person. Lost about 30 pounds over last year. Then gained a little back.

Good. Avatar decreased my macros at my last weigh in and my weight stabilized back at where I expected it to be.

Another weigh in tomorrow.

Weigh-in today was higher than I'd like, but the weekly average was within the maintenance weight range I have in Avatar, so my macros stayed the same.

Headed out on vacation this week. Driving to Asheville. Planning on weighing in every day and keeping track of macros, but going to put Avatar in vacation mode.

After 2 weeks rest and 1 week hurting it and trying to go work with it I am going to start lifting next week. I have been lazy fell off wagon with bad foods. But I have stayed under 2000 kcals mostly every day. I need to start riding and some simple resistance lifting next week and then start back lifting like before.

I am just lost also no stalking these last 3 weeks.
