I don't know, I never saw anything but my own booth space all day. I snuck out once to use the restroom and still left a line hanging out in my tent during that. I've eaten basically nothing all day, I should be starving, but I'm too tired to have the energy to be hungry.

That's when whey smoothies come in handy.

I bet. I'm sitting at 320 calories consumed for the day. I can tell when I'm not eating enough because I get that acetone feeling in the back of my throat. I usually try to start slamming water when that happens, dumping too many ketones is hard on your kidneys.

That's the kind of thinking that got me here in the first place. I'm not coming out of ketosis unless it's on accident.

I've given up on keto. Been trying for over a year now and when I use the strips I barely get results. Body composition hasn't changed much. So I'm done with it.
Going to do some carbs around my workouts and that's it. Will see what happens. I feel really good this weekend though.
If I'm not gonna drop lbs, I might as well have some kickass workouts.

I finally upped my cals. Been at ~1800 the past month with a cheat meal each Saturday night and things just haven't been right. I'm 6'3" and lifting w/ cardio 6-7 days a week
Gonna try 2100 cals this week

I need replacement for bananas they're killing my carb count but they make my legs feel better after treadmills

Birthday Wednesday. Definitely going off the rails for that ~12 hour period

What are you eating today?
I bought some sugar free jello. Well, the Snack Pack version. Why haven't I used this in the past year? That + a little whipped cream satisfies my cravings for sweets.
I was randomly up 5 lbs last week, and it freaked me out. It's off again as of this morning, thankfully.

morning gentlemen! checking in...went way off the rails this weekend... gained almost 2 lbs back... Friday night went to a hockey game had some beers..found freinds at that game and got more beers...went out for more beers... shots...more beers.. ended up taking a taxi to taco bell
Put in 26 miles on the bike tho...so you know.. balance!
Also, made a killer beef stew using a local black lager...don't really know if it was healthy or atrocious but damn it was worth it!
but it's Monday now and getting back on track...5:30 am jog and hard boiled eggs for bk..good luck this week!

Outside or a stationary bike?
How long does it take to bike 26 miles?
I've got an old bike (probably over 10 years) and it's in terrible condition. Just started riding it for maybe 2-3 miles every now and then to make sure I like riding bikes before I purchase a nice one.

it's a fixed gear cruiser. Def not built for speed and is a real bitch to get up hills but damn looks cruising around downtown.
A lot of days the miles accumulate over the whole day. I live in Shreveport and we have a 6 or so mile bike path from my house right into downtown. It takes us 30 minutes to ride that (45 if were against the wind) then we usually stop at our favorite bar for a cocktail, ride up and down the streets for awhile, ride to whatever market or thing they have going on that weekend, then ride the 6 miles back.
I have an app that tracks speed and distance while riding and I pause workout everytime we make a stop. On saturday I rode 13.27 miles in 1 hr 57 minutes...burned over 1,000 calories !!!
