What's the app called?

Yeah this bike has 3 gears? Idk I don't know shite about bikes, but every time I try to switch it to 2 it sounds like the chain is going to pop so I left it at 1.

Twas a good weekend. Wife made chess squares. I ate 3/4 of the whole pan sat and sunday. Had a ham, corn and butterbeans sunday at lunch, and cooked some burgers last night. Ate like there was no tomorrow. Back on the grind now. Im at my maintenance weight so i cheat every weekend. I have figured out my body so i can eat 1500 cals mon-friday and eat wtf ever i want saturday and sunday and not gain any weight. I am a short mfr 5'6" and staying around 150-152lbs.

MapMyRide. It's put out by under armor and is free as long as you don't mind putting up with ads. I use it to track everything. You can entering in what kind of bike you're riding (fixed gear, road bike, mountain bike etc.) I use it to track jogs too.

It's awesome cause it breaks down how you did on each mile individually as well as giving you an average and tracks elevation so gives you credit for climbing hills.

Nice! Yea... this has kind of been my pattern. I gain about 1-2 lbs on the weekend but I find that one day of being back on my workout drops all of it! Just hope I can keep doing that!

yep.. i have to be very strict for 6-8 weeks after holidays, then get back to the weight i want to be at. But once i am there i can just be strict mon-fri and enjoy the weekend. It is a nice balance.

even though I'm still in the losing phase this is kinda what I do for sanity. I'm still at a high weight so the weight is coming off.. I'll lose about 3-4 lbs during the week and gain 1-2 on the weekend so I'm coming out ahead. Like I said just hope I can keep that pattern up, but I feel like it's gotta come to an end.

Absolutely. I went in with low expectations and have loved every flavor I've tried

It's delicious. Let it sit on the counter for 10-15 mins before you eat it (recommended on the carton), and it'll be even better. It's super creamy when it softens a bit.

Nice!!! We've tried low cal ice cream before that basically tasted like frozen skim milk no matter what flavor it was. We've both given up sweets for lent so even halo top is currently off limits, but can't wait to try!

Yeah artic zero I think has some for like 90 calories a pint but it's pretty much like chocolate water. For it to taste decent it has to have some calories

And the value of the calories you get from halo top are solid

Ok maybe someone can help me this...is crawfish fattening or bad for you. I've had a good bit recently. My calorie tracking app which clearly has no clue has a few entries for it ranging anywhere from 90 to 400 calories a lb. I googled it and said about 325 calories per pound but that just don't sound right to me....I mean it's just boiled seafood meat...how??!? Do they mean 1 lb of pure meat? even still seems high... my local bar has been boiling a lot and wondering how much I can partake

The craziest I've seen is while looking for boiled crawfish saw that there was an entry for boiled crab that said 20,000 calories per crab, which is..ya know... lethal

1 lb of crawfish meat is a lot

quote:

Ounce for ounce, boiled crawfish tails have nearly half the calories of roasted, skinless chicken breast

An oz of meat is about a dozen tails. 7g protein, O carb, less than a g of fat

I'd say eat as much as you want. Keep in mind the sodium though. Drink lots of water to flush it

yeah eat boiled crawfish until you are tired of it. You wont eat enough to make you gain weight. It is lean protein... you may be swole from the salt and bloated
