load up on starches.. not that hard of a concept, really, just hard to execute.

It basically means he's going to eat nothing but potatoes, bread, beans, etc

Yes. But seriously like 10-15 cups worth if he's not adding sugar. I'm not confused about how to eat carbs.

glad I could get everyone's imagination running wild. Will be eating lots of pasta in the form of lo mein and fried rice to start trying to keep the fat lowish on these for first 450-500 carbs then switch to baked sweet potato fries. I'll keep it as low and sugar as possible, but not gonna deprive myself.

Gonna start the day with a long depletion workout early in the morning after I weigh and take measurements then the depletion workout then a huge ribeye. Then couple hours later do another depletion workout then gonna destroy the carbs. Then that night gonna do a tension workout then finish the night with another huge ribeye and maybe some cheesecake.

Monday morning I'll do a strength workout and get back on the diet crazy strict.

In august when I had gotten down to a pretty low bf% I did a with 800g carbs in 3 hours. I tracked my blood sugar and it did spike but by that night I was around 51-52 which is really low. Dropped so fast it made me kind of sick. Hopefully that's what happens this time without the quick drop.

It ain't pretty but it tasted really good. Used Rao's for the sauce. Wish the cauliflower crust would've gotten a little harder.

Back to the same diet? I just ordered all my veggies to get back to it on Monday. Will go through it until the 27th.

Do you frequently deal with low blood sugar?

I had it bad the other night and only slept like 2 hours because of it. My body just did not want to go to sleep but I wasn't sure what was wrong. After researching the next morning it looked like it was low blood sugar. I've dealt with it when cutting but thought it would just be a cutting thing, not when bulking. It happened on a rest day when I only had 110g of carbs that I all ate around lunch time in the form of peanut butter sandwiches.

I alternated between being really hot and really cold, when I was cold I was shivering and tensing up, when I was hot I was sweating my balls off. Heart rate was racing and I could feel my heart pounding through my chest. Kept measuring it and it was between 90-100 for many hours. Bad headache, blurry vision, burning eyes, felt weak and clammy almost like I had the flu. Tried to go to bed at 8:30pm and didn't fall asleep until about 2am, then I woke up at 4:30am feeling completely fine and ended up going to the gym.

So last night, even though it was a workout day where I ate 400g+ of carbs, I made sure to eat 100g of carbs right before bed. Slept like a baby - fell asleep right away around 6:00pm and slept 10.5 hours before waking up at 4:30am.

Do you think it would be a good idea to go sugar free for a week to perhaps fend that off going forward? I cut out peanut butter sandwiches from my meal plan the next week so that means no sugar on rest days, and I cut out cereal(I had been eating Life Cereal this week) for my workout days.

Yea decided im in it until march 1st or I get below 10% bf. I'll do another refeed on the 29th and 4 weeks in feb with no refeed well gonna try to do no refeed. Gonna run tt33 by I force to keep my thyroid happy and gonna run reduce xt to keep cortisol down too on top of ephedrine and caffeine. Hopeing this keeps the metabolism rolling and I can get sub 10%.

Good to know I'll have a partner still.

Yeah I'm down for another run at it. Going to get measurements Sunday night and work a little harder to get more cardio each day.

I'm actually doing cardio right now, such an exciting life I live. Hey but I did slam down a full pound of tuna sashimi, something you would appreciate.

I just ran the calculator at different weights and Jesus Christ I am scared to weigh in at 189 which would put me at 15% bf. I would need to get 320g protein a day. That's gonna be hard as hell. Just gonna run it as a category 2 and do 200g protein for the next two weeks after my Sunday refeed.

I did figure out I hate going to bed hungry and don't mind fasting during the day, I like night eating. So I think for this run I am going to just eat at night and eat all protein first and if I am still hungry which is doubtful I will then eat brussel sprouts. Gonna keep it simple the next two weeks.

If I am below 15% I will do a body part split like I did last year with twice a day training an cardio at lunch. I did this last time and it worked well taking Saturdays off. 320g of protein is easily doable but 320g of lean as hell meat is hard and honestly not that appealing.

How much should baked chicken wings be counted as calorie wise? Everything on google says 70-90 cals per wing which seems a bit much baked

Maybe it's referring to the entire wing before cutting it in half

Right at 100 for a full wing so prolly 50-60 for one once split

I think it looks awesome. Did you use a specific recipe?

Made it through another party of no drinking and not touching cookie cake even though I stared at the cake for a while and debated how it wouldn't be too bad if I ate one piece

For the crust I used

2 cups of fresh cauliflower (pushed through food processor)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
Salt
Oregano

Put in oven for 18min (going to go longer next time to see if I can get the crust more sturdy)

Put sauce then whatever toppings you want (I used bell peppers, jalepenos, ground meat, pepperonis, goat cheese, and mozzarella) and put back in oven for 10-15.

Based it off this LINK

It tasted great but I think I just really love marinara sauce. So anything with marinara sauce I'll enjoy.

Sorry nugget just saw this, what you described is classic blood sugar drop.i only deal with it if I get essentially zero carbs for a few weeks the. Do a huge refeed of 500 to 1000g carbs in a short time frame. What happens is my body processes the carbs extremely fast so I get a huge spike then it drops to crazy low levels. In the past I have gotten down into the upper 30s on the glucose monitor which is crazy low.

Not sure how you can combat it other than spreading the carbs out some and going from fast acting to slow to very slow acting carbs and then monitor with blood glucose monitor. Sorry I can't really help other than that. Only other thing is keep some honey with you and if it starts getting below 60, have a spoonful every 15min til you feel better. I'm good at manipulating carbs with people and getting blood sugar down but only way I know to get it up and feel better is the honey and the fast to slow trick.
