You should be able to taste the flavor of the boil in the crawfish- not lather it up in mayo, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce (yes I googled the spelling).

So you've never used condiments on anything you've ever eaten?

It's worth remembering that LA 1 has a northern end as well as a southern one.

If he was really from Grand Isle, he'd have a story about buying ketchup and mayo for the seafood sauce while barefoot and shirtless in Sureway.

I'm DTB, and seafood sauce (we never call it "dip", that's a nasty tobacco product) is a feature at erryboddy I know's crab, crawfish, and shrimp boils. Speaking of which, it's damn brown shrimp season, why you people worryin' bout crawfish? I'd rather have brown shrimp over crawfish any day of the week.

No doubt. Said that 3 pages ago. But I must admit...page 4 and 5 are so full of win telling this troll about his opinion that Ive been . He got what he wanted...a lil attention with his "hey look at me" post...but Ive laughed through the whole thing.

As far as I'm concerned, this discussion was all in good fun. Some people around here- not saying any names- have some anger issues over a differing opinion.

Look, we all eat things differently. Some of us just cook crawfish better and don't need not crawfish dip, seafood sauce and shitty dip to make things taste better. Nothing wrong in pointing that out.

We make the dip, but it's 99% used for the potatoes.

That being said, if someone dips a few tails in the dip, it's not the end of the world.

I can't imagine eating crawfish if it isn't covered in mayo.
