We make the dip, but it's 99% used for the potatoes.

Pro-tip - cut some or all of your potatoes in half before you put them in the boil. They'll be a lot more tasty and you won't need the dip.

I can't imagine eating crawfish if it isn't covered in mayo.

If I'm using dip, it's b/c your crawfish are bland.

I've never used it but common sense says the opposite. Mayo would mask the spiciness, like milk.
Either way dipping crawfish is nasty

Definitely not a "pro tip" because the Potatoes will get turned to mush from being tossed around. Secondly, the point of dip is not to make up for a lack of flavor in the boil...it's to add something extra. No different than dipping fries in ketchup, sushi in soy sauce, or steak in chimichurri

You don't understand how a sauce works? Maybe the politics board is for you.

The fact you think dipping steak in a sauce is not a problem invalidates your argument

Same people who dip their crawfish probably dip their buffalo wings in ranch! The nerve! Probably can't take the heat, real men feel the burn!

You're a fricking retard for other reasons but this one just help synergize the whole aura of fricktard about you.

Some of those dips not only delicious, but are often family secret recipes and a big part of the Easter boil/tradition

Retard.

Mikel, with all due respect, you're an idiot. You can lather on about family recipes all you want, but a good boil doesn't require seafood sauce, dip or anything else.

I still can't figure out why everytime you post at me you act offended like a 13 yr old little girl, but if I woke up and stared at that face in the mirror daily, I'd probably be just as cranky.

Chill out. Agree to disagree and mind your business you useless recessive backwood hillbilly.
