Just off the top of my head...

Avenue Pub
Rusty Nail
Finn McCool's
KingPin
Rendezvous
Nola Taproom - if that counts?
Delachaise
Bacchanal
Bulldog (City Park)
St. Joe's

I'll play too. I'm just gonna list the places I frequent.

Vous
Henry's
A Pub
Mid City Yacht Club
Finns
45 Tchoup
Tips
DBA
Maple Leaf
NOLA tap room, if this doesn't count then Molly's.

I like traditional bars, not these corporate joints with the manufactured atmosphere.

The Saint?

You mean the place my friend (who used to bartend there) said had roaches in the beer lines so bad, at one point, that they had to replace the entire draft beer system?

Bulldog (I like all 3 locations) - neighborhood feel to it, good selection of beer
Avenue Pub - obvious answer here
Ms. Maes - go to spot for a $10 bottle of wine when everywhere else is closed.
St. Joe's - nice cocktails, laid back
Carousel Bar - where I bring friends who stay in the FQ. Grasshopper drink FTW
Bayou Beer Garden - friend works there and great spot to watch the saints
NOLA taproom - great beer
MC Yacht Club - another neighborhood feel and good bar food with decent taps...new patio is nice
Manning's - I'll get hell for this but it's a good spot to watch the game and they've never made a bad old fashioned.
13 - frozen Irish coffee and tachos. Can't beat it as a 1-2 combo

After writing a one sentence review, my choices seem to reflect 3 things: neighborhood bar, good cocktails/beer, and watching sports.

No Larger's love?

The BR location is really nice, only problem is when you walk outside to leave you are in Baton Rouge

Absolutely. If only they would allow you to order a Theo's hamburger pizza to eat there.

Made in the shade, brah!

Dive bar list without Brothers 3? Not a credible article imo.

The Saint is DISGUSTING

And practically everyone there is tripping balls, or so it seems. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

My list:
Avenue
Finns
Delachaise
Bama Bar
Midcity Bulldog
RDV
Carousel
Publiq House?
Columns?
I guess something from Frenchmen, Maison, I guess

The last three are just guesses. Ran out of places I go with any degree of regularity.

Barley Oak? Besides the view of the lake it's not even that special. Could have picked many better places.
