What is the best nesspresso module according to the food and drink board? I need something quick and something that makes a large, potent coffee/ expresso in the morning. Thanks

I actually have a Nespresso Citiz I'm trying to get rid of (upgrading to a semi-auto machine). It's one of the better models.

Not sure what your budget is, but my parents have the Lattissima and they/I love it. Listed at $399 on their website.

Most any of the Nespresso machines have luongo settings...ie, a longer pour from a pod containing more coffee. But if you want 6-8 oz of coffee before milk, you will need multiple pods. As a daily habit, 3-4 pods can get spendy,

Those are varieties of Nespresso pods. You might be interested in the newer Nespresso machines that use a larger pod and a cup of coffee closer to US drip style coffee. It's called the Vertuo line....but those pods don't make espresso.

Arpeggio is the best pod imo

Decaf arpeggio is what I drink most often...but I like the Roma almost as much.

We like the same type of coffee as you, and go with the intenso.

It's big and bold.

they just came out with a special edition for summer of espresso (small pods) that is meant to be poured over ice and diluted. it's very strong, and should be what you are looking for.

edit- they are called "on ice"
