I was just gifted a Nespresso machine and I don't know much about it yet, just curious who's owned one and your opinions

Wife and I love ours. The capsules get a bit spendy but worth it. Makes a great cup of espresso.

My buddy has one and swears by it.. He maintains it and buy their product, tasted legit, enjoy!

we love ours, there's a dedicated nespresso store in the bloomingdales near our house, and their customer service is great. they let you sample all different types of pods before purchasing. There's usually some sort of deal where you buy X amount and you get something free, either a few sleeves, or something useful such as cups or pod holders.

Ah that's the same one I've got. You're going to love it.
I highly recommend ordering the Cuban coffee cups, as well as the iced ones (if you like iced coffees/lattees)

I've had a Latissima for ten years and it's great, has always worked flawlessly and makes great coffee. I find the capsule ordering process to be painless.

We have loved ours for 5-6 years now.
We have soent a lot of time in Northern Italy drinking a lot of Espresso...it obviously not as good, but it is certainly good coffee.

+1......is it the best shot of espresso? Nah. But for the amount of effort, it is a fine cup of coffee. And vs a k cup, the metal pod is recyclable.

Do these things just make espresso? Or can they make a full cup of coffee as well?

Depends on the model of machine and pods chosen. The original line pods/machine just make espresso. The Vertuoline makes a longer, American style cup of coffee. It has bigger pods.
