Wife saw a pulled pork cannelloni with a bechamel sauce recipe on Triple D I believe last Friday but can't seem to find anything on it. She wants me to cook it for her so any help finding it would be appreciated.

Was this it?

This is a beefcheek manicotti with bechamel from a place in New Mexico. This episode aired Last Friday night.

Not to be a dick, but pretty certain if you just stuff some manicotti with pulled pork, top it with bechamel, and run it under the broiler you will get something that is pretty damn close.

Blackened Out is correct. However, you could search Food Network and if you know the episode number, even better. Some give recipes and some don't.

This is the Food Network blurb:
quote:

Beef Cheek Manicotti — Torino's at Home (Albuquerque, NM) Run by a wife from Italy and a husband from France, Torino's at Home quickly became a local favorite. Their Beef Cheek Manicotti with red wine, veal stock, veggies and bechamel is something you'd be hard-pressed to find outside of Europe.
This is the menu description:

I see the guy in town from time to time. In person he's far less douchey. Still a douchebag though.
