Cousin is in from Louisiana. He brought me some killer sausage from a little place in Redell. Naturally I made the Monday must of Red Beans, Rice, Cornbread and sausage. As we sit down to chow down I asked the wife to grab the red wine vinegar. He says I'm "killing" a great meal and says the family is going to excommunicate me because: "You know we don't do that shit". So the question:
Do you or don't you use vinegar as a condiment on your red beans?
I'll have to wait until he drags his lazy arse out of bed to ask him. However, if memory serves, there was only one little store in Redell and for the life of me I can't remember the name. I'll get back to you with it.
BTW got some garlic, jalapeno, and mixed pork and beef and all rocked.
