So I went to Ko last week, best meal I have ever had. The food was extremely creative, see below for pics, I can't remember the order of everything but whatever.

I'll probably be editing and adding more courses, hard to do on an iPad.

Yeah I snapped pics with my phone but there was a girl next to me with a dslr haha. Thought that might have been a bit of overkill.

Dude, that's 13 courses. Put all that shite on one plate and it would look like plenty, I'm sure.

The dish with the shavings...is that his foie gras course? I know for a while he was freezing the foie and shaving it, curious how that worked in practice?

Yep, shaved frozen foie gras. It was fascinating, I am a sucker for seared foie gras but I thought it was a creative way to add richness to the dish.

I went to Ma Peche - Momufuku's Midtown spot - last year and had the best fried chicken I've ever had. I think I laughed out loud after the first bite it was so good. Weird basement room but unbelievable food.

That was previously my favorite restaurant before ko. The habanero fried chicken was life changing for sure.

Yeah, Ko is on a whole 'nother level. I'll definitely go there if I ever make it back to NYC.

plus when you eat all that over an hour or so, you are stuffed.

its why nutritionist tell you to slow down when you eat and wait 15 minutes before getting seconds.

$195 a head plus $175 for the beverage pairing. We didn't do the beverage pairing just got cocktails then a bottle of wine.
