was disappointed in the Crab Pot

What did you get at the crab pot? We had the seafood in the bowl where they dump it oun on the table for you. Considering it is a touristy place I thought it was good.

They have two locations within 3 miles of each other. Personally I prefer Little Five Points Location but the Midtown one is fine too

Why the hell would you get a reuben at Katz? Go for what has made them famous. I actually like the roast beef more than the pastrami.

I think the Katz's here in Texas are different from the actual Katz's deli in NYC.

Kinda like Luling City Market here in Houston and the City Market in Luling.

Yeah, I don't think Austin Katz's is the same as NYC.

Most of the places he's gone to in Texas, at least, are not really known for great food. They just have some over-sized item on the menu. It's been a long, long time since I've been to the Driftwood Saltlick, but I've heard it's still not a top 50 BBQ spot in Texas and very average. He acted like it was some sort of out-of-body experience. If he'd gone to Luling that would actually have been true.
