What y'all cooking tomorrow?

We'll be lighting up the pit. I know Summer is over but I find it more pleasant to work a hot grill for hours when it's cooler .

Green Onion Sausage, Baby Backs, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Brats, Backstrap/Bacon, Grillades, Wings.

Side of Potato Salad and BBQ Beans.

Corn Dip to snack on.

White Cans All Day!

its too cold here in the panhandle. Thinking of venison chili? Can't decide if i cook tonight so i can just get drunk tomorrow and not worry about anything or cook tomorrow afternoon before the game.

Country style pork ribs
Richard’s crazy Cajun sausage
Ball park hot dogs
Bush’s baked beans doctored up with tasso, bbq sauce and mustard.
Banana pudding hopefully too.

From enemy terroritory I plan on trying to make a gumbo. I know it wont be up to any of yours but Im going to try.

Last few I did were pretty good, both came from the recipes here. I think one was a creole gumbo and the other one was TreeDawgs recipe.

Anyone have another one they would be willing to share? Or comments about what I will most certainly do wrong?

Planning on the gumbo and probably fry to corndogs. (I love corndogs). Have about 10 people coming to my house to watch the game. Bourbon and ice to drink.

My wife is making football bars (a dessert) and homemade ice cream.

Tailgating on the quad. Eugene’s hot chicken, ribs from Archibald’s, and making a few trays of sliders. Also, making Yellowhammers for the first time.

Can’t wait. Supposed to be a beautiful day in Tuscaloosa.

Wow, I made Jambalaya too in 2019 here at home in Abu Dhabi, and I had some guys over who were here for ADIPEC Oil & Gas Exhibition. However, ADIPEC was moved up to early October, so will not have any buddy's from US here for ADIPEC, but some ole baws from Louisiana who live here will join. Will also make a seafood gumbo with shrimp n crab. Better hit the seafood market because I need to boil and peel the crabs as there is no fresh or frozen jumbo lump crabmeat here like in La.

Yes that is where I got the other 2 recipes from. That collection is awesome. Its great that yall took the time out to compile it.

I was just asking because I like to try new things but ill use one of those. I wanted gumbo and my wife wanted jambalaya, so ill probably make what she wants. I think I made the Gonzales style the last time and really liked it.

Going to grill up some of Iverstine’s sausage of the week and do po-boys. Fry some asparagus maybe.

The sausage is their take on Conecuh.
