back in the mid 70's had a group of friends that included his granddaughter, went by his house a couple of times and he would cook and feed us, I was living in Opelousas at that
time. Interesting fact is he started packaging that seasoning when he retired from his primary career....

Remember walking to the dome by myself and observing all the sights and sounds. It all seemed surreal, then stopping and listening to Hokie Gajan and Buddy D doing a live radio broadcast.
