Gotcha. Looks like you're cooking some phenomenal food on it. I have an XL thanks to an awesome hookup from wickowick. Would have gone with the Grill Dome if not for the pricing through him.

Not too exciting, but tasty French Onion Soup. Getting the onions right is somewhat like making a good roux.
The pot looks nasty when it's in the making, but I got all of that fond off the sides eventually.

This particular time, I used the Cook's Illustrated method, but otherwise, low and slow and it takes a long time if you want them to come out right. Also, just when you think you have enough onions, you don't. You can see how much they cook down. I always use more than a recipe calls for.
I didn't use this recipe, but I used the onion method.
