Not sure Net. You're kinda slow so I wouldn't count on it.

Yeah, it does take me a while. Mail from Nurfeast LA takes time to get to the coast. I wish there was a way to just hit a button and have news spread instantly.

not sure what would be the more pathetic truth: that this is a OT-like troll attempt on a board that's actually quite good and interesting and insightful, or that this is something some fricking moron actually believes

OT trolls like Burger King. They always get their mommy to ask for a kings crown when ordering their happy meal.

I think the "gourmet burger" fad has gone a little overboard. And I love burgers.

Well your thread starts with easily one of the STUPIDEST posts ever on this board, so deall with the fact you are the center of attention for ridicule.

Yup. I post from my phone so I try to keep it short and sweet. I could add more depending on the direction this takes.

I don't disagree that some of the prices of these burgers seem a bit high

But comparing a BK burger to a burger at a place like Mondo is just laughable

No. Maybe Wendy's or Carl's Jr.

There is a reason 3/4ths of the BKs went out of business in Shreveport/Bossier.

I agree with that. I'm not paying more that 8 or 9 for a burger.

Papa's has the best one in town and they are only 8 bucks.

I guess you are talking about 5 guys and Red Robin? Never been.

ETA: Did anyone else have to look up "surfeit"?

Are you nuts? I had a glorious burger Tuesday night. Completely rare 1/2lb burger topped with Stilton (blue cheese) on a soft, and a bit sweet, bun. The inside was barely warm and it was nothing short of fantastic. I'm not even dead or dying.
