#1 for me would be to buy out Landry's on the lakefront and put a great restaurant there. It pisses me off that we have no good waterfront places.

Also have a great home brew friend that I would give the money to for a new brewery.

That's my two local modest ideas. Would probably end up buying a winery for the hell of it too.

I would bankroll research into duplicating the taste of crawfish fat, truffles and Manuel's Hot Tamales. Mankind would honor me forever - statues, parks, government buildings all named for me.

Always wanted to try christmas enchilladas in new mexico. Thats red and green chili. Lobster rolls in maine. And philly cheese steaks pats or genos. Pizza in new york. I would then eat at every restraunt in new orleans. But the best would be a humungous crawfish boil for my whole family and some of my wifes lol

Would just take month long vacations to great food cities and eat everything. New york, san fran, paris, lyon, rome, tokyo, chengdu, etc.

I would also buy some vineyards in napa and in the south of france.

I think there's only one good answer to this question.

To the OP: I'd bring a couple world class chefs to BR so the FB would give us the culinary respect we so rightfully deserve....then move.

So you think you need to hit a lottery to eat chili, cheese steaks, pizza, and have a big crawfish boil? Damn you poor.

You're my Granddaughter?

I never knew.

Baby girl, You're too young to be hanging around this place posting food preferences ... Does your mother know?

Whatever you do, avoid talking to Otis
