it was the only shirtless pic I could find though as I don't normally parade around shirtless

Maybe if you'd hit the weights a little harder you could

I'm not (in normal terms, not OT terms) and I've only put on 2 pounds.

And the little nugget is like 12 ounces too! I think I'm doing good!

That's 2 pounds by the official doctor visits but I think I lost some when I quit drinking so maybe I've gained a little more than that.

Anyway, not that any of this is yalls business.

Based on my age and height this is what the calculator says I should weigh.

I'm 5'9 and I actually fluctuate between 165-168 so I guess it's accurate

Based on the Robinson formula (1983), your ideal weight is 152.3 lbs
Based on the Miller formula (1983), your ideal weight is 151.9 lbs
Based on the Devine formula (1974), your ideal weight is 155.9 lbs
Based on the Hamwi formula (1964), your ideal weight is 159.4 lbs
Based on the healthy BMI recommendation, your recommended weight is 125.3 lbs - 169.3 lbs

Those were the formulas I saw that prompted my original question.
