I was gifted a lot…a LOT of Pepper Jelly. What to do with it?

I don’t have a ton of experience making things with it. Just trying to avoid the cream cheese and crackers appetizer. Maybe something savory like ribs? Wings? Anything else creative?

Meatballs in crockpot, candied bacon, on top of Brie, and cream cheese is all that I’ve ever used it for. I have a friend that uses it for chicken wings and he says it’s good, but I have no clue how it actually tastes.

Regift is a good answer.

I mostly use it on grilled pork chops.

Anytime you put BBQ sauce on anything, add some pepper jelly to the mix.

Thank me later.

Serve as a side with any dark meat. Great with duck, beef and pork roast, etc

A restaurant I use to eat at years ago before they moved away use to melt it and pour it over their crab cakes. The owner knew my ex father in law. I complemented him on the sauce on the crab cakes and he whispered it in my ear what he did.

I had a breakfast sandwich the other day that consisted of an over easy egg, bacon, cheese, arugula and pepper jelly.

I like Keebler Multi Grain Crackers, slice of hoghead cheese, drizzle pepper jelly.
I can and have made a meal of this.

There’s a recipe on here where they used it on a “chopped shrimp sandwich”
Maybe Louisiana lady?
Anyway I used that recipe once and it turned out great

Sounds good. Mix it with some bacon bits too.
