My sentiments, exactly. Any idea how long they dry hop? Can't wait for Ghost to make my home-brew DIPA to taste like shite

Anyone looking to upgrade to kegging? I have a buddy selling his gear. Complete 4 tap ball lock setup for 350, chest freezer is another 100. Really good deal actually

I will buy his CO2 tank if he can deliver it to Texas today. The only store in town open this morning to exchange my tank wanted $70

Bottled last night with the priming sugar in the bottling bucket... ended up being a little under 4.5 gallons so I used half a cup of corn sugar. Seemed like a small amount, but that's what I got from the Northern Brewer calculator for a Double IPA. Now, we wait. 2 weeks?!?! Killing me.

How many ounces?

And to help you better than use the NB site, go here.

Brewer's Friend Priming Calculator

You should be around 2.5 volumes of CO2. Around 4.3 oz corn sugar.

Have you tried any fire extinguisher places?

Apologies if you have, didn't read through the whole thread.

I'm ok with $20. The first tank I used lasted a year. But I couldn't help but laugh at the guy when he told me it was over $70.

I did 2.2 (NB's suggestion for a double IPA) and my house temp is around 72. That puts me at 3.7 ounces (.46 cups) and I did half a cup. Should be alright.

A friend asked me yesterday how much sugar I had added to the last beer I bottled, what co2 volume I was going for. Apparently he forgot what type of brewer I am, since that has never crossed my mind.
