Good for you, man. I'm sure your household is a lot less stressed than mine during the brew making process. I tend to create a perfectionist, anal-retentive environment.

Yea, anal retentive is not what you get with me. I am the embodiment of RDWHAHB. I mean if you can look past my fancy equipment, even though the last two batches have been BIAB on the stove.

10 gallons, I'm just using the hops in the red cups. 1.5 oz of citra and 1.5 oz of cascade in each 5 gallon fermenter.

Kegged my fortunate islands clone.

The uncarbonated sample tastes really good. In spite of dumping nearly all the trub into the fermenter, the beer is nice and clear. Hit it with some gelatin anyways. Pretty damn excited to start drinking this one.

Oh, I was thinking it was way more than that. So I bottled my DIPA last night that was 4.5 gallons with 3oz. citra-dry-hop... When I went to transfer to the bottling bucket, obviously I had some residue kick up. I'd say I avoided 90-95% of it, but I have to believe some hop sediment made it into the bottles. I'm sort of worried about it.

What I'm saying is: ease my mind

I think you'll be fine. my last keg of IPA had a good bit of hop particulate in it and it was fine. as long as you didn't get tons of the vegetable matter in the bottles you should be good.

Yeah, not a ton and it appears most of everything has settled out in the bottles already (save the last 4, which I'm basically using as carb testers). I see little tiny particles floating around in the bottles but I'm hoping it's just yeast.

So... just opened one of my tester bottles (turned out I had 5) and the hop particles are not really noticeable, if even present. The tester bottles were the last we filled, so I figure most of the hop/yeast sediment ended up there. Definitely not noticeable and I really like how it turned out. Golden color, super strong, nice hop presence and a few sips have my gut warm.

Sounds good! I just emptied my last keg of my house IPA, glad I have 10 gallons more that'll be ready to keg in a few days.
