Burger at superior (not cheap though).

Second LL on Roman's Bluebonnet. Have ordered a variety of dishes with no one there and they've all been on point.

The char they get on their gyro and chicken, compared everywhere else in town, is unmatched.

Brick chicken at Sullivan’s. Was recently at a dinner there with a set menu. I got the filet, which was good. My young daughter got this brick chicken. It was delicious. I would normally never order chicken at a steak place. I’ll order this next time I’m there.

The meatball sub at Phil's Oyster bar is best in the city
Chicken Parm from Pinettas. Rotolos surprisingly has a great chicken parm that comes out in cast iron
The cheeseburger at Albashas is pretty damn good
The chicken tenders at Hannah Q might just be the best in the city. Ask for the bang bang sauce to dip it in

Now this is what I’m talking about. Great post

I’ve had every “top” meatball poboy in the city and none have blown me away. I honestly prefer Maxwell’s to Anthony’s and Pokey’s. Need to hit up Phil’s

Will def try the Hannah Q tenders too

Jed’s Local has great sweet potato fries. I normally don’t like those, but theirs are covered with a savory seasoning, not sweet. Makes a big difference.

Go to Alicia's off jefferson and get the fried chicken plate with beans, pico, and rice. Ask for extra tortillas. Its become the meal that i think/dream about when im away. Eat it as is, or, even better shred up a piece of chicken (comes with 3) and make some bangin tacos

Did you maybe mean Nino’s? Far more under rated

Meh, was one of my Dad's favorites so he kept inviting me there to dine with him...tried a few different dishes....my Dad has since passed but even in honor of his memory never considered going back...just didn't take for me.

Acadian sandwich at Zeeland St Market. Pot roast, gravy, bacon, cheddar and dressed. Best sandwich in the city.

The Asian Glazed wings at Cafe Mimi downtown are the best wings I've ever had.

The owner use to own a gas station close to where I live. He had the best BBQ sauce and eggrolls. Only been to his Cafe once for breakfast and it was delicious.

dont feel bad, monjunis is fantastic. People on this board are very pretentious about places that come from shreveport.
