Items, not necessarily places.

Stuffed spuds at Philly Me Up. My goodness they’re like Heaven. Similar to cheddar peppers but it’s potatoes with cheese and pepper. Order comes with 5 and ranch.

What are some of yours?

Not really a hidden item, but the below at Bin 77 is one of my favorite appetizers in town.

Agave Blue has really good specialty tacos and regular menu items. They are in Prairieville though, but their sister location Blue Corn is pretty much the exact same menu.

I'll go there for $2 tacos on tues and $1 tacos on monday (ground beef and chicken only)

I know the OP wasn't asking about places, but since this place was brought up, I have to express what I know is a very unpopular opinion in Baton Rouge and will get me lots of down votes here, but I don't think Gino's is very good. Highly overrated.

My wife and I were having this conversation over the weekend. We both think Gino's and Louisiana Lagniappe are mediocre at best restaurants and highly overrated by the folks in Baton Rouge.

There, I said it. Let the downvotes begin!!!

The crab cakes at Eliza - they are expensive but I love them, and they are worth it

I refrain from eating out other places just to go there and get them

I’m not a big fruited margarita fan but the mango Rita’s at agave blue are fantastic.
