Give me your best Margarita recipe. Homemade or mix doesn't matter. Specify which tequila and triple sec you use.

Thanks!

Whatever you do, replace Triple Sec with Grand Marnier.

Make your own sour mix ( LINK) use a decent triple sec (Cointreau, et al) and a decent tequila.

The homemade sour mix makes the difference.

Find you some agave nectar to elevate your margarita to the next level.

Fresh squeezed OJ and lime juice, a splash of simple syrup, Gran Marnier, and your favorite tequila. Get the margarita salt from the store, don't use pure salt as it's too salty.

I like my salt for the rim to have some sugar mixed in. The costco brand tequila is great for the price...

easy

-tequila
-freshly squeezed lime juice, including the pulp
-splash of orange juice, or squeeze an orange slice in
-splash of soda
-grand ma/triple sec floater

mix for 30 seconds plus...the longer the better

Company in New Orleans makes something called tasty syrup, which has a great margarita flavor mix where all you do is add Jose cuervo gold and a lime

1 teaspoon of sugar
juice from 1 small lime, or 1/2 a big one
1 shot tequila
1/2 shot of grand marnier
crushed ice

btw stir that sugar in before you add the ice or you'll never get it mixed in

that's how I do it also
if I do need to cheat "simply lime" limeade makes a passable substitute with a splash of grand marnier

IDK if this is what you are looking for, but I like to cube watermelon, freeze cubes, and use this instead of ice.

The watermelon lends a smoothness to the drink that I really like, but if you are a purist, you are probably not drinking frozen margaritas.

since the basic margarita has been covered well enough already, I'll add this one

Pineapple cilantro margarita

we make pitchers of these during the summer months
