vacuum pack.
or freeze in water.

If you have a vacuum sealer, easy choice. If not, take the advice in this LINK.
Freeze in water if you want to waste space in your freezer and waste your time thawing an ice block.

Match the haves up and put them together meat touching meat and leave the shells facing out that gives them a little more protection and if u don't eat them within three months u might as well throw them away.. they get fishy fast! specs about one to two months and redfish two to three months is about all you can get out of them before they get fishy

HD Ziplock in water. The skin/scales doesn't allow vacuum sealer to suck it empty.

I have a Foodsaver. Bought a new one at Sam's this year to update my old one.
