Anything that can invert its stomach as a self defense mechanism is definitely(edit) NOT going into my mouth.

Geoduck, fermented tofu, stinky tofu, rodents, testicles.

I've tried bugs on a taco before in DC, and had intestines and brains, even had Durian.
There are some sashimi pieces I will never touch, and pickled herring, or that Icelandic rotten shark. But pretty much anything else I will try once.

There are several things I would like to have not seen. There are also things I would prefer to not eat.

Don't care to try liver. Super high in cholesterol as well.

Fresh fried chicken liver is very good.

Cow liver is the devil's food.

The secret is to circumcise it.

I know some folks who say they're the best clams ever. Never tried them myself, but I would.

Any testicles are on my no try list.

vegamite

Vegamite and Marmite are yeast extract with salt. Yeast extract is in half the foods in the grocery store.

Yeast extract is rich in glutimates which give the savory flavor called umami, same flavor as MSG.

Nothing wrong with Vegamite for me.
