Buttermilk's not bad - tastes kind of like watery yogurt.

Things I don't want to try:

tripe
chittlins

Rocky Mountain Oysters. With so many other delicious parts of the bull(cow) to eat I see no reason to stoop to putting balls in my mouth.

Also brain and will never go for cow liver again.

Balut does seem pretty gross. Give me an egg or a chicken - don't want anything in between.

Correction: It's a duck, not a chicken.

I've eaten everything listed except balut and I'd try it. Just planted beets yesterday.

You're missing out. I had some at a local butcher shop/restaurant in Edinburgh and it was very good.

Can't think of any real food I wouldn't at least try. Would not eat test tube meat.

Don't care to try liver. Super high in cholesterol as well.

Wow- I had to google it.

Haggis and blood sausage are no go's for me, too. Pretty much anything involving intestines, and innards is out for me.

cow tongue

Foods I wished I didn't try:

Coconut...for some reason it triggers a gag response. Even the smell of coconut makes me sick.
I once tried an oatmeal cookie and threw up. I checked the ingredients. Coconut was the 20th ingredient on the list.

Missing out.

It's the beefiest tasting part of the cow. (No pun intended)

And it's nothing like a French kiss.
