Damn, that looks great. I am not cooking until Sunday when I'll make a turkey and andouille gumbo for family.

This was from whole foods. I havent bought one in forever.

When fresh, Endeavor is great. The hops may be a little on the citrusy/tropical fruit side for your preferences, but it is my kind of DIPA.

SBD is a Ballast Point Big Eye IPA. This is a great IPA.

Haha sorry Hulk , but the pics doesn't do it justice. Very crispy outside and juicy inside.
Dannuzio, I know where your coming from. I have a huge bag of natural mesquite charcoal on the back porch ,but watching the kids tonight was too much back and forth to light it up. I know you'll cringe when I say this, but I've done a couple Boston butts in the convection oven, low and slow and they are not bad.

Big Eye was all they had at this crappy out in the country store. Been running more than normal this week but will make an epic beer run in the morning to stock up for Christmas.

We've had this thing for 20+ years. We have several "Persian"/hand woven rugs, but this one is unique. I have not seen another like it.

This one is 01/23/13. No doubt that fresh is best with IPAs.

Same here, I was surprised to even see it at this BMC dominated typed store.

Yeah, we are talking degrees of greatness. I'd vote Dorado, Sculpin', Big Eye.
