Is trading the only way to procure this if you don't live in the area? Does anyone know how far they distribute?

I would really like to get my hands on some and try it.

Trade for some Heady Topper??

Forreal though, I don't think I could ever get tired of Jai Alai. I'm having a hard enough time of not burning through my stash so quick, but my excuse to is as Kim would say: "These hops aren't getting any fresher."

Meh, $5 a brew is better than driving to VT or dealing with the anal gang rape that is trading for HF..

Any hfs is better than no hfs, but their ipas are amazing. I thought they were better than heady when i went up there.

I am the same way with THA. Sure, there are sexier IPAs out there, but I could drink THA all day every day.

Other good ones are Edmund Fitzgerald, Founders Porter and Jose Marti.

I have the Great Lakes and Founders on my list for my next order.

How would y'all rate:

Hill Farmstead IPA
Bell's Two Hearted Ale
The Alchemist - Heady Topper
Russian River - Pliny the Elder
Cigar City - Jai Alai

Havent tried HF's IPA, of the remaining and disregarding the DIPA vs IPA argument..

Heady
Jai Alai
THA
Pliny

In that order, all great in their own right...

I haven't tried Hill Farmstead or The Alchemist, but I would put Alpine's Nelson ahead of the others on your list.

Don't think I've had the HF IPA. So:

Heady
Pliny
THA
Jai Alai

All excellent beers.

How the hell to you separate those? Not all the same style, by the way. I would probably choose a different one each might of the week...
