Nice humid run this afternoon. Felt good to rid myself of the weekend booze.
My jog just happened to end at avenue Pub. Strange how that happened. Guess I'll pop in for a FBD
Bayou Teche Hoppy Jindal w/ hops added to the keg. Interesting beer, can't think of a similar for comparison. Not that that's a good thing. The malts are strong with this one and the bitterness seems odd. Some nice dankness going on.

I drank one yesterday at the Pub, thought it was pretty meh.
You should come do one of the group classes at my fiancees studio…it's only 7 bucks a class..I teach the class on Mondays when I'm not outta town for work. her classes will knock any hangover out
