Kolaches, apparently y'all don't have them in NOLA. Or at least when I spoke of them "down the road" it is like they were some heavenly manna. They are pretty much at any donut/pasty shop here.

Jalapeño Chedder and Chedder Smoked Sausage are what these two are.
