Jalapeno crawfish cornbread is the GOAT imo. Loaded potato is pretty good too, hadn't ever had it until recently.

They are pretty much all good, from the original rice dressing to the latest craze.

I prefer the cornbread dressing and the rice dressing to the others, but I keep forgetting to get the eggplant dressing. That's one I haven't had and want to try.

My personal favorites:

Cornbread dressing
Broccoli, rice and cheese
Rice dressing
Shrimp dressing
Crawfish dressing

These are the ones we have tried that both me and my husband like.

I love the chickens but their stuffed shrimp are the GOAT!

I've made my own many times due to the Pepin video which I'm sure that is since you posted it years ago.

It's a great dish, can be very healthy, and is impressive for guests.

That was interesting, I always wondered how they de-boned them. I laughed when he said you should be able to do it in a minute - that would take me an hour minimum!

Have you ever de-boned one? If so how long did it take?

Didn't click the link on the video, but I'm sure it's all the same. I debone them fairly often. They are not hard to do, and really don't take that much time. Just remember that they don't have to be perfect. The meat on the inside can get cut up pretty good sometimes. Doesn't matter. You can likely do it in 5-10 minutes. Just make sure you have a good sharp knife.

I do them all the time and that is where I learned it. And he makes very little cuts with his knife so no it doesn't have to be all cut up and mine isn't.

It takes me 5 minutes to do but I do it probably twice a month at least.

But one great tip he gives is to remove the wishbone even if not deboning to be able to carve the breast.

I like Hebert's stuffings too much to bother with doing my own.

The wishbone removal was a good tip. Going to give it a shot.

I have a broccoli, rice & cheese recipe I plan to use, do I cook it before stuffing the chicken? I know the chicken cooks for 1 hour 15 minutes I just want to be sure everything is cooked. Anything undercooked concerning chicken, not a good thing.

TIA
