I have been testing bloody mary's mostly in the quarter for a while. Two weeks ago I ate breakfast at the Rib Room and had a BM. It was the best I had so far. I asked the bartender about it and he told me the secret is to infused the vodka. He more or less gave me the recipe. I made some at the house this past weekend and he was right it makes a much better BM.

Mid city yacht club infuses cheap vodka with a bunch of different things. They have a cilantro vodka for BM. Not the best in town but it's a different twist.
