And most people don't know that a creole person is someone with Spanish/French mix....not black.(it's true) If this pisses you off you're the racist not me.

Bourdain will be in New Orleans, the he will head out to Cajun country. He'll be in Breaux Bridge for a crawfish boil, and Eunice for a boucherie.

Man, everything he's eaten so far looks delicious. That crawfish/crab boil looked pretty damn awesome.
