I wouldnt be so sure. Thats the kind of stuff that is right up his alley. He did some stuff on the Cleveland episode that I would have never thought of.

They actually came to Eunice a while back and filmed a good bit of stuff for it so I may have to check it out myself.

his last NOLA show was good, I still want to try Antoine's after it. Been in business since 1846, must be good.

Why would he go to a place that makes pies in louisiana while doing a cajun country show? And are you talking about Lea's?

The producers say that 504 land is Cajun Country to give 504 land some credibility.

I watch Bourdain all the time. He is one of the coolest A= holes on the planet!

Choot em!

Most people don't know but NOLA food is Creole not Cajun.

Really only Mullate's and Jacques Imo's are top Cajun restaurants in NOLA.

Been waiting for this episode.
I can't wait to come back afterward and see everyone criticize where he went and how they didn't prepare "authentic" Cajun food wherever he went.

I know he tweeted something about going to a crawfish boil back when they were filming...believe that was one of the main reasons for going to Laffy. Think he also did the whole cochon de lait thing there too.

ETA: Love his show because of the way he criticizes everything...usually pretty funny and very true. Also so much more different than all of the other "travel" shows. Dude definitely has the best job in the world IMO, though he's probably been in his fair share of sketchy/nerve rattling/scary situations...
