Is Trios closed? Guess I haven't paid much attention when driving by lately.

I have trouble getting past the horrible name. I had friends who would announce they were "taking a smash" when they headed to the bathroom. So I associate the name with shite.

Burger joints seem to be the new sushi craze.

Of the fast food casual burger places, this is my favorite - along with MooYah.

I drive by that area a lot, but I couldn't tell you the name of one business that's located in that little strip mall. It's dang near invisible to me. I'm always looking at WholeFoods and stuff on that side of the street. Hopefully for Smashburger my eyes and neck movement isn't common.

Do you even YogurtLand bro??

Militello's and Fresh Kitchen are both good stops in that strip. I also buy the occasional piece of furniture from Christian Street there as well.

Holy crap. There's a YogurtLand? I can only see the Cold Stone place.

I heard of Christian Street Furniture but I didn't know it was located there. Militello's and Fresh Kitchen...all new to me. I told, you it's invisible to me.

ETA: I'm going to go over there one day and pretend I'm in a differnt city for a couple of hours.

Exactly. A-holes here act like Baton Rouge is the only place with chain restaurants and that the people here are single-handedly supporting every Applebee's, Chili's, etc.
shite, New Orleans got a Bubba Gump Shrimp. You can't get any lower than that.
