In the past three years they have opened Lou Malnati's, Giordano's and Portillo's stores in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area

Grilled yellow-fin tuna filet with lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, and tartar sauce on a

I'd assume lots of chicagoans retire to that area.
they just opened a giordanos in Vegas and I think there's a portillo's near Disneyland. I'd be content with a Lou malnati's in Vegas.... I'm there at least 5 times a year.

I wish Piccadilly would come back to Lake Charles. We had 2 and they're both closed now. The one in the mall is now some clothing store and the other is a Chinese place.
A Whataburger would be great. We had one about 25 years ago, now it's a Starbucks, like there's some shortage of those places. I can think of 4 here town just off the top of my head.
Maybe a Hooters. Something other than all these fast food places.

I'd say LC is next on the list but there has been a push from Atlanta to look at Youngstown I believe.

A Gold Star or Skyline in Atlanta would be awesome.

Sushirrito
Zaxbys
Chick-fil-A (IN ORLEANS PARISH, No crossing the bridge or going to Metairie)

I'd take a PF Changs and a Red Robin or some others burger joint in Houma

Anything Cajun. Our options here in central Ohio are inexcusably limited.

Rax. Weird mid 80's Ohio chain. Total Arby's knockoff, but with a ratty salad bar. Brings a tear to me eye.
I hear you. Had a few of those in NE Ark and SE Mo when I was a teen. Really my 1st introduction to a philly cheesesteak. They were 89 cents of steamy goodness.

Need a go-to BBQ place in BR. Famous Dave's or anything out of Central Texas would provide a weekly fix.

A Whataburger here in north Asheville would be great!
