He wanted me to call him Big Tom, but that didn’t work out. A high honor to name the grandparents as the eldest.

Good ole fashioned Paw Paw.

There was a poster on the OB back in the day that called his grandfather Pow. That is a running joke over there.

My mom’s parents made all 20 of their grandchildren call them grandmother and grandfather.

This, but I never had a living grandpa on the other side of the family. Had a Maw Maw and Paw Paw on one side and a Meme on the other, so I have no idea what the other grandpaw would have been called.

Both Paternal and Maternal grandfathers died before my birth. Only my Paternal grandmother was alive when I was young and I called her “Ma”.

Pop and Grandfather

Grandfather is on my dad’s side and he wasn’t a fan of paw-paw and stuff like that. So I guess little me was like ok then dude I’ll just call you grandfather.
