Trying to dump two starters. Nobody wants them. Best acquisition was rude gay coming off an Achilles. They will win 60 in the regular season. But like the last theee years. No chance to make seriouse noise in the playoffs.

"Yes.

Why tf would they move from Houston? If the new owner tries to move this team I will hunt his arse down.

They wouldn't. It was just reporters doing their due diligence.

My only fear is that we get a trash owner. So many of those in sports.

Oh yea I was going back 33 years to get to CC having only three losing seasons. Second most winning seasons in NBA since taking over. 2 titles. Top 5 franchise kinda team since he has taken over.

Except closing the series down in H Town and making the Players MVP look stupid.

Don't see that happening, don't really have a reason for it, just don't.

Agreed. He is a very level-headed owner who makes smart moves and lets the smart people he hires do their jobs. There's a lot of trust going both ways and it works really well.

I hope they get a good owner, and I think Les Alexander would sell to the right person. He said that he's not in a rush and he wants to find the right person.

People who think the rockets would move from a top 5 market to Seattle are crazy.

If Houston got another trash owner it would be horrible for the state of the league. But then again the Rockets have moved before. But I just do not see any team leaving Houston right now. Now if oil goes rock bottom there could be cause for concern.

We are taking about Alexander's tenure as owner. We aren't talking about this years team specifically. Apples and oranges. You gotta know when to use "what have you done for me lately" and you clearly don't.

I do not think it sells as high as the Clippers, just because of location, although the Rockets are in better shape

Clippers are definitely not as valuable as rockets. Clippers were bought for $2 billion...4 times what they expected.... rockets are expected to be sold for $2.5 billion.

if location is playing a role as you say then the rockets are worth even more than the clips. It's not close.

We beat your MVP candidate in OT and on the road without our top two playoff scorers. Two starters, at that. If you're going to argue that the loss of fricking NENE invalidates that, then you really are more stupid than I give you credit for

Right now, there are a lot more people who want teams than there are teams for sale.

Rockets going to go for a shite ton, especially as a franchise with real history and a really solid team right now.
